The Most Commonly Missed Secret To Lose Stomach Fat Fast

The most common error that many people make when trying to burn belly fat quick is to focus a ton on ab exercises. Somehow, we have been convinced to believe that you can burn the fat off one area of your body just by working the muscle underneath. Want to lose fat off your arms? Do curls. Want to burn fat off your thighs? Do leg extensions. This is simply not true.
